	&lt;p&gt;81% of the UK population is made up of People in England, Yet England IS NOT represented by it's own Parliament. Why?&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;The Colony of American went to war &amp; won independence over the very matter over representation &amp; taxation. Their rallying cry was" No-Taxation, Without Representation"&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;The only way forward is to give us 81% the right to govern ourselves. If we are not, the UK as a nation will break-up.&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Once there is an English Parliament, then we can set up a UK parliament, say somewhere in the Middle of the Country. &lt;/p&gt;
