thanks for your comment, you are the 1st of (hopefully) many. My only reasoning in placing the UK parliament in the centre of the UK, so that all countries could feel that they had equal &amp; fair access to it &amp; that is was not another english parliament., of course if you have more ideas on the subject they would be welcome.&lt;br&gt;
